About: Crawley Hospital / Audiology Horsham Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

The plastic earpieces on my Hearing Aid had deteriorated. A telephone request to the Audiology Dept resulted in

1: checking the correct configuration for my devices

2: sending them by 1st Class Post

3: to be received the next day.

Excellent rapid service

Efficient in that no time was wasted in appointments either the professionals or myself
