I called my local surgery (Newsome Surgery Huddersfield) for a non-urgent appointment and was told I could see my chosen Doctor within 2 days. On arrival at the surgery the staff were friendly and welcoming and I was seen early by the Doctor (as I had arrived early).
Sadly my treatment didn't agree with me, so I called for another appointment two weeks later. I was told I could attend that day and received the same lovely service on arrival and whilst with the Doctor. I was welcomed, listened to and treated with respect and dignity. Thankyou!
