"Put at ease by a kind nurse"

About: Community Health Services / Phlebotomy

(as the patient),

I went to the clinic to give blood. As I don't like needles the nurse had a little talk with me and I relaxed a lot. She was very professional in her work.

Her name was Debbie. She put me at ease straight away.
