Met by courteous friendly staff.

Listened to by a caring Doctor who was interested in my condition.

Given advice that had taken into account the facts.

Left feeling very pleased with the service I had received.

I think the seating area in the waiting area could be improved.

Thank you for taking the time to input your story on Patient Opinion - it is very much appreciated.

I was pleased to receive your very positive comments and have advised all of the GPs and staff in the Practice about your satisfaction with the service provided by us.

As regards our waiting area, this is currently under review. I wonder whether there is anything in particular that you dislike about the waiting area or indeed if you have any suggestions that the Practice could consider to improve the area.
