(as the patient),

I received excellent care in ward 33 by mr mcloughlan and his registrar ward could not be faulted.

In my experience it was the after care that needs attention. orange reception staff excellent. Some nurses were ok but I felt one member of staff put themselves on a pedestal, every one was beneath them in their opinion. At least that is what came across to me on my 3 visits.

Many thanks for your comments, I will ensure the staff invovled are given this feedback.

It is great that people take the time to feedback all the positive aspects of their care and the staff get to know this as this enahnces the team spirit and the dedication of staff to continue to deliver excellent care.
