"Excellent communications directly from a consultant neurologist"

About: Manor Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

I was referred to a pain clinic by Dr Francis, Neurologist at Walsall Manor Hospital. I was later seen by the pain management team. However, they had failed to communicate that appointment to Dr Francis, who wrote to me apologising for the fact.

He believed I was still waiting for an appointment and that he was very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused me. He had also written to my GP to ask him to refer me again to the pain clinic.

I was encouraged by the fact that a very busy consultant had taken the time and trouble to ensure that I was given the treatment I needed.

Well Done Walsall Manor Hospital.
