(as the patient),

I would like to thank the Elective Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Team from the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS.

I had a replacement knee operation at the end of June and cannot praise highly enough the rehab team who visited me at home.

With their friendly guidance and skill I was able to do all the recommended exercises required and was soon walking around without using walking aids.

This service meant I had no long trails to Huddersfield Infirmary for Physio.

Once again an excellent service.
