"Northampton Radiotherapy dept"

I went to Northampton General Hospital for Radiotherapy. When I had my turn on the simulator to be measured up, everyone was very helpful and kind. I found my first visit for treatment difficult because no one explained the check in procedure and I wasn't sure what to do. The staff were all very friendly and helpful apart from this.

Over my 5 week course I was only kept waiting twice and the situation was explained with apologies, perfectly acceptable. I did find parking difficult sometimes.
