Thank you, brilliant

Excellent. One minor point, apparent on two occasions. This is to do with the reception desk at Bridgenorth hospital; the staff whilst busy seen to run around, leaving the desk unmanned often. Well intended I am sure but that bit well matters.

Their nurses and attitude was business like and efficient, whilst been able to approach.

Sorry for the slight comment. Thank you all, wonderful team.

Many thanks for your kind words which we will share with the staff concerned.

In relation to the issue about 'unmanned reception desk' the hospital Manager will look into this for you to see if there is anything we can do to improve this in the future.
