"Contacted less than a week from being referred"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was contacted less than a week from being referred by my GP. I was offered dates/hospitals to choose at my convenience which was excellent. The lady, who contacted me from TRAQS, and I agreed a date.

I received a letter of confirmation within two weeks. The whole experience was excellent.

The appointment was very efficiently handled. I was Xrayed, seen on time, The consultant, Mr. Turner, explained his plan clearly to me and I will contacted to carry out his recommendation.

Many thanks for your positive feedback its very important to us, Im glad that you are happy with the service that we have provided. TRAQS is a new initiative for the patietns of Telford and Wrekin and its our job to support and advise patients in making the next step to better health, having only gone live in June its early days but we welcome any feedback good or bad.
