"Good treatment for a lump"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as the patient),

I found a lump on my arm. I went to the walkin clinic and was met by a very helpful receptionist who took my details and informed me how long I will have to wait. when I was called in to see nurse she explained what she was going to do, and the treatment I would require, it made me feel very comfortable and reassured of treatment I got. all the staff was very polite and helpful.
