(as the patient),

Why Weight on Thursday at Bransholme Methodist Church. Been going 10 wks lost 4. 25 Lbs. Very pleased loads help from Sue with my weight loss going to get there. I am 65 and disabled so finding it quite hard but with the support from this team I will get there. Did the no smoking 15 months ago still not smoking so all good. thank you lots.
