(as the patient),

I have always found the girls that come to me lovely. I have Val, Glynis & Linda. Linda came today 25th July - very nice person. I don't like the answer machine. I would much rather speak to someone. I have trouble with my eyes so I hope you can read this. My sight in my left eye has gone.

We are glad that you had a positive experience. I will ensure that your comments are passed onto the team.

Service user comments are very important to us as they allow us to make changes to the services we provide when required. We will be in the near future looking at how we receive our referrals and we are hoping that we can come up with solutions as an alternative to the answer phone and fax referral system. Your comments are appreciated and valuable.
