"A real sense of caring was very evident"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

All staff from top to bottom were so very, very kind & considerate. I felt so loved & cared for at all times. Nothing was a bother. They all reassured me & patiently explained procedures. A real sense of caring was very evident. :-( day of arrival :-) day 3 going home!
