(as the patient),

I saw Rachel, an experienced and knowledgeable physio who understood my knee problems. Not being a doctor she did not have a knowledge of my complete medical conditions but this is understandable.

I explained the problem and she carried out a thorough examinations and asked me questions. we jointly arrived at an agreed care plan to treat my damaged knee cartilage.
