"overflowing waste bin at inverclyde hospital "

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a relative),

I have had the misfortune to visit this hospital twice in the last year, my visit was to see a old lady on K ward, my last visit was this weekend. The first thing I saw at the entrance was a waste bin overflowing with pile of cig ends on top and covered in flies. It looked like this had not cleaned in days infact it was in the same conditon on my visit last year. This is a disgrace, and should be in a area away from the building. this needs your attention.

Thank you for your feedback, this has been reported to the Divison by another visitor and is being addressed at the moment.

I can appreciate that this does not provide the image at the front of the Hospital we would like to present, and is being actioned. Hopefully you will see improvements in this area when you next visit.

Thanks again for pointing this out.

Paul
