I believe the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy is excellent.
I would not say the same for the DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) programme which I feel is very rigid.
It did not even provide the discharge report to local services that was promised in February. We are now in August. I feel this devalues me as a patient and reinforces personal problems. I also find it highly unprofessional.
