About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Halewood

(as the patient),

I do not usually attend walk-in centres of a GP practice, however I had a really sore throat and attempted to book an appointment with my GP as I thought I might need antibiotics. My GP was full so I was advised to attend the walk-in centre in Halewood.

I didn't even know it was there!

The reception staff were friendly and professional. The nurse I saw was really attentive and was reassuring. I received antibiotics and was well impressed with the service! : -)
