About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I received surgery yesterday and was stunned by the level of care and the information I received about my procedure. I was visited by 5 professionals who each took time to explain what was going to happen. Danny the nurse in the recovery room was great reassuring me at every step. I have received surgery in Rosshall in the past and I can easily say that the care and attention I received yesterday was on par with Rosshall, if not better.

Thanks for making a traumatic experience easier.
