In order that these matters can be investigated under the NHS complaints procedure will you please email our Complaints and Improvements department on complaints@stgeorges.nhs.uk with the following details:
- Your full name and address
- Your father’s name and hospital number and/or date of birth
- The name of the ward on which your father is a patient
- Dates and times of the incidents you describe
It would appear from your comments that your father is still currently a patient here and I would urge you to talk to the Nurse in Charge of the ward or the Neurology Matron about his ongoing care.
Once again I am sorry to learn of your concerns and I hope that they will be resolved to the satisfaction of you and of course your father.
