We’re disappointed you’re not happy with the service offered by phlebotomy. We’re always looking at ways to improve our service. Our PALS department, now called Patient Support Services, are available Monday-Friday 9.30-4.30, except Wednesdays when they're open 10am-4.30pm. They can be contacted on 020 7472 6445/7.
