"Feeling cared for at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology (Eye Problems)

(as the patient),

I was seen promptly. The nurse I saw first - Michelle - was welcoming and polite and gave me all the information about proceedings very clearly.

The consultant, Mr Bean (? ) and a student optometrist, were kind, gentle and efficient. I felt cared for and had every confidence in their expertise.

I left feeling grateful for a very good experience. Thank you.
