(as the patient),

Guernsey House has always helped me as much as possible when I've found it hard to get there because of certain problems.

Sometimes there is a long wait but this is often when I have been late. I am very pleased with my treatment and I'll be happy when I am medication free. I will be sad not see my keyworker Bev and my partners keyworker, Brian anymore when we don't need them anymore.

Thanks for posting your experience of Guernsey House. It is great to hear that you are happy with the service and that you are doing so well with your treatment.

We aim to keep appointment times whenever possible but sometimes clinics do run late. We will continue to try improve this part of the service and apologise for any delays you may have experienced.
