Ashley House is great. My key worker, is spot on, he really knows his stuff. He advised me to do a detox because of the amount I was drinking, best thing I have ever done. I am off the drink and have lost 3 stones in weight. I feel a lot healthier and fitter.

Also, the programs Ashley House have put in place to follow up Detox have been rewarding and are keeping my mind off drink.
