"Emergency unit gave my mother excellent care"

The staff at Forth Valley Hospital emergency unit gave my mother excellent care. At all times she was treated with dignity and respect, kept informed of what was happening re her care and why this was being done.

The ward was spotless and care was prompt. The porter who took her to x-ray and the ward was friendly and respectful.

Well done at a time when we hear a lot about deficiencies in the care of the vulnerable elderly, you provided a very positive experience.
