"Communication could be clearer"

I am currently a patient at the eye clinic in Wigan, in the open glaucoma clinic, there has been consistent poor communication.

I receive an appointment which says apointment time etc. but not who the appointment is to see.

The letter suggests not driving to the appointment since eye drops may be used to dilate the pupils which makes the vision blurred. However, some of my appointments are simply for a visual field test, and not for an actual eye exam.
