A pleasureable, relaxed experience, with constant weight control and advice. I have tried various other diets in my life, but I seem to yo-yo. I have always watched my diet and eaten healthily; but I thought this mode of diet weight loss would help, and give expert advice for you. To bring in cooking to the session is very interesting, and you can relate better to the healthy eating. If you get a good, interactive group you can stay and chat about problems or even good things that you have achieved. This is an excellent way of changing peoples lives, and very informative overall.
