About: The Beacon

(as the patient),

The Beacon is nice, staff are kind and accommodating. Food is good with lots of choice. I had wait a while when I rang the bell in the mornings and I think more activities are needed.

Thanks for taking the time to provide positive and constructive feedback about your time with us.

We really try hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients and their carers.

We are currently going through a remodelling programme at the Beacon and will include your comments regarding activities within the centre and how this can be improved in the project.
