About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as the patient),

I had started to develop lower back pain especially when going uphill. . .

After being given a set of exercises which were easy to perform at home I can feel a real difference. I am a lot "looser" and do not have the same aches and pains.
