I've always thought this place was a good place for help.

I've been with the clinic for 20 years. You can't please everyone all the time?

One thing I know bothers people is when you open up to your key worker, then they leave and you get someone new.

I've noticed that there is a lot of courses, activities and help with housing. Good gaff, good folk.

It's my job to ensure that Ashley House is a safe and effective service that offers a warm and friendly space in which people can consider their experience with drugs and or alcohol and plan their future direction.

Hi Honest 727

I’m really pleased that you have seen all of the new activities available, we are working hard to provide a vibrant and exciting recovery community and it’s great that you are part of it.

I hear your concerns about recovery workers changing and the anxiety that may provoke I can assure you that we will be mindful of this and try to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Hopefully you will be part of some of the new activities available; your honest feedback will enrich the service and future developments.
