I have had the privilege of seeing our local doctors practice grow and grow since being accepted as a patient back in 1998.

It grieves me to witness and read such negative attitudes and views towards the receptionists, nurses and doctors when all I can do is praise them all.

I feel very privileged and blessed to have received such fantastic care.

I personally witnessed on Friday 20.09.2019 a bloke coming in for something for his wife and immediately was aggressive to the young lass on reception which so applaud me I nearly intervened. So proud of the receptionist for keeping her calm against this aggressive guy who wasn’t even the patient.

So when I know the treatment I have personally received I have nothing other than the highest praise to all at Sunnybank medical centre and feel very privileged to be in such a fantastic service .

Thank you so much for your feedback. As a patient that has been with us for over 20 years you will have certainly seen many changes and we are glad that the service you have received over these years has been to a high standard.

Thank you also for mentioning the challenges our receptionists can face but, also the professional way in which they dealt with the situation - we'll certainly feed this back.
