About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I attended an orthopaedic outpatient appointment today. I allowed an extra 20 minutes or so for traffic and parking. IAll the staff were polite and pleasant and introduced themselves and the department was clean and tidy. I was called in, saw the doctor and discussed treatment options. The department seemed to be running very efficiently and seamlessly. I left, with a treatment plan, 3 minutes before my appointment time! Excellent experience all round. Thank you.
