My child was having some issues breathing and although there were no appointments left, I was put straight through to a particular doctor who triaged over the phone and asked us to come straight in away. We were seen immediately and my child examined, an ambulance was called and as well as the paediatrics dept at the hospital so they were expecting us.
We felt extremely cared for, listened too and very thankful for a wonderful Dr and an incredible NHS.
