(as the patient),

I was there for a bladder pressure test today (Outpatient Area 4) - prostate and waterworks playing up again. Linda made me feel completely at ease in what is at best a very vulnerable, embarrassing procedure. She was thoroughly professional but also very personal, putting me at my ease and keeping me informed at all stages about what was happening, what was showing on the screen etc. She has a great manner with patients.
