Please can you make sure this. Is passed on to all concerned
I was admitted on Tuesday 17 September 2019 at Stoke Mandeville Day Surgery Unit for a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy operation. I would like to thank all the staff involved as from the moment I walked through the doors quaking as I have a fear of all things medical you could not have been any kinder towards me. You were so incredibly caring, reassuring and very professional and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’d had a tough year as my partner died, my sister and two brother in law’s and I was feeling unwell myself with pain from my gallbladder and still grieving. You do a fantastic job, as where would we we all be without your experience & knowledge, so keep up the good teamwork as you are all superstars!!!!!
Glad you all enjoyed the biscuits, which was just a small gift to show my appreciation.
Kind regards
Wendy Perkins
