"Replacement Wheelchair delivered without fuss"

About: WestMARC (Lanarkshire) / Adult Wheelchair Clinic

(as the patient),

Was delivered a wheelchair which was unsuitable but without any fuss, a more suitable  wheelchair was delivered as a replacement  less than a week later.  Very pleasant man who delivered and replaced the wheelchair and demonstrated how to use this.  Most grateful.
