"Horrendous service!!"

To me it feels like this mental health service are there to make you worse, not better. I am no longer surprised when things go wrong as this service do nothing but mess up. The care you recieve is absolutely disgusting.

I have been with this service for 5+ years and I am still trying to get the right help and support. Every time I attend a psychiatrist appointment I have a new doctor and I am never informed of the changes to my care. Ive had 3 care co-ordinators in 2 years due to them either leaving or having to make formal complaints against them due to their behaviour. My current care co-ordinator hasnt turned up to recent appointments, has ignored 5+ messages ive sent, doesnt respond to phone calls and they have ignored other health professionals/gps that have tried to contact her on my behalf. Everyone seems to be VERY unprofessional and dont care about any of their patients.

Reception staff are rude and unwelcoming.

If you live in the area and need mental health support, dont bother unless you want extra problems ontop of your existing conditions.

I would never ever reccomend this service.
