"Surgery review"

As you can appreciate population is increasing and staffing for all nhs services is decreasing.

The GPS have to prioritise appointments which sometimes although frustrating I understand that there maybe a wait for appointment or appointments can only be given at inconvenient times so delay is incurred for working people who are unable to get time off to attend.

The service I have received myself has been friendly, respectful and I have not felt rushed.

I would say getting through to the doctors surgery is very difficult but the reception staff have always tried to accommodate if possible.

There are delays in appointments every time I attend but if doctor's or nurses need more time to diagnose illness then we should be pleased with this practice.

I would rate this surgery as providing a high standard of service and as GP s and nurses are failing to want to train we as patients should be pleased to have them all
