"Absolutely fantastic"

On 17/9/19 i phoned for a same day app, I was given a 1hr call back. My throat was swollen but my breathing seemed normal. I was seen within 90 mins from me phoning. I was with the Dr for about 5 mins when they called for an ambulance. What I thought was a simple case of an infection was in fact a sever allergic reaction. The Dr kept me calm whilst calling for a nurse to admister adrenaline.

Not once was I made to feel like I had done wrong phoning gp instead of an ambulance. Even the paramedics said how fantastic the surgery dealt with it.
