My GP referred me for an endoscopy but as I suffer from seizures I was terrified of having it.
However I was assured by the consultant that I would be looked after well and he was absolutely correct.
The staff were professional as well as being sympathetic and genuinely kind.
I cannot thank them enough for turning what I expected to be a nightmare into a gentle and calm experience.
This was my third visit to the University Hospital and I remain very impressed with the service and care given by all the staff there.
