(as a relative),

Just want to thank the Stonehouse District Nursing Team and in particular Barry, for the support and care they have given my parents over the last few months.  We couldn't have made it through without your help and compassion.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your lovely feedback.

I was delighted to hear that you experienced good support and care from the community nursing service. Our aim is for patients and their families to feel well cared for and reassured in their care journey. I am really pleased that you feel that the compassion and help that you all received has been a support to you all.
