About: Falkirk Community Hospital / Fracture Liaison service

(as the patient),

I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation to the Fracture Liaison Service in NHS Forth Valley and to Kirstie, Fracture Liaison Practitioner, and Linda for their helpful and constructive advice in dealing with my osteoporosis.

I will be going to Western General for Dexa scan.
