"Prompt care"

My husband had a sudden onset of severe pain and unable to lift arms or walk very well. Normally he runs 5 miles a day.

We got prompt triage appointment with GP followed with actual appointment at surgery that morning. We took water sample as my husband felt he had infection. This was tested. A problem found. Blood tests were done at surgery before we left. Next day we got phone call for ultrasound scan on the following day. On Thursday we got letter with appointment at Urology on Monday. Joined up care at its best. Tests ongoing as problem not sorted but feel confident that practice will get to root of

Problem . Very assuring for us 70+ year olds. Thank you.
