Thank you so much to all the medical and care staff at Hereford County Hospital especially the professional, expert, kind and compassionate staff on the Lugg Ward. You cared for our beloved mum with such respect and expertise. You communicated so well and we always trusted your professional judgements. You answered all our questions carefully and compassionately. You welcomed us and allowed us to visit our mum when we wanted and comforted us at the end.
