"Urology"

About: Leigh Infirmary / Urology

the consultant spent a little time as possible to deliver the news my partner had cancer, he left nurse with us who discussed the situation like a robot ticking of a list as he went along, gave us leaflets and we were sent on our way. I am appalled, disgusted and feel let down at a time when things should move fast to get treatment but its just not the case.

Thank you for your posting. I am really sorry to read such a poor experience of communication, as well as your worry about the treatment plan. Please do get in touch with us and we can look into this for you.

Kind regards
