Big thank you to the Nurse Practitioner. Lovely lady who takes time to involve patient in decisions about care and treatment. Had been having difficulty getting a referral for quite some time but she completely understood the situation and handled the referral on the same day. Went the extra mile of helping change wound dressings. Can't thank her enough!
