I attended the walk-in centre at St Oswalds Hospital on Saturday morning as I had the symptoms of a Chest Infection.
Greeted by a friendly, courteous receptionist and asked to take a seat to wait to be seen. The waiting area was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. I was the second patient to be seen so only had to wait 5 minutes before I saw the Nurse Practitioner. She was very professional, polite and approachable with an understanding manner. Quickly made her diagnosis after a thorough examination and prescribed the necessary medication.
An extremely good service and will use it again if necessary in the future. Thank you!
