"Always supportive and attentive"

I want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at the Endocrinology Department at Northwick Park Hospital and to also let you know of the exceptional medical care I received from the diabetic nurse, Fiona.

I have been receiving insulin pump therapy since March 2019 and I have already seen a positive change in my overall health and well-being. This would not have been possible if it weren’t for Fiona’s on-going professionalism, commitment, knowledge, patience and care.

The weekly appointments I had with Fiona were extremely helpful and insightful - they were personalised to suit my needs and I left each time feeling positive and confident. It is also a huge comfort to know that I can get in touch with Fiona at any time if I have any worries or queries. I have also experienced this above and beyond level of professionalism from Tazmin Lewis who has always been supportive and attentive of my needs.

In addition, the education and time offered prior to receiving the insulin pump was extremely thorough, and it paved the way for me to take control of my condition and confidently use the pump to enhance my overall health. 

I really cannot express just how grateful I am for the on-going care I receive, and the assurance I feel in the care of such incredible staff. Thank you again for extraordinary work and commitment.
