"wait over a year for a refferal and told they..."

About: James Paget University Hospital / Neurology

My partner had to wait over a year to get a referral regarding botox injections for migraines went to the appointment we waited so long for to only be told the DR they gave us couldn't inject botox and he wasn't qualified to do it and that he would refer us to someone else, so well done to making my partner suffer even longer and to top it off no one can see if a referral has even been made yet I sick of this hospital screwing things up and will now look into legal advice as this is not the first time they have messed appointments up
