I have rang today 140 times and then I have been stuck on hold for ten minutes when I was eventually put through to be told that all appointments have gone today. The only thing I can do will he to ring up again tomorrow and have the same issue
It’s absolutely shocking!!! I also feel like they don’t listen to you at all
